The Democratic Alliance is calling on the people of the Northern Cape to make sure that they are properly registered to vote for Total Change in 2019.
The 2019 national and provincial elections present an opportunity for all South Africans to vote for a government that puts their needs first.
Only a DA-led government can build a Northern Cape that creates jobs, ensures the poor and vulnerable receive quality healthcare, and corrupt officials and politicians are put in jail for stealing the people’s money.
It is therefore crucial that all South Africans, from all walks of life, get behind the movement to protect our Constitution, to grow the economy, to protect jobs and to protect food security.
The DA asks that every resident of the Northern Cape, who will be 18 and older next year, visits their respective voting stations this weekend to ensure that their details are correctly captured by the IEC. Residents will have the opportunity to check their current voter registration details and register at new voting stations if they have moved or relocated from another province.
By visiting check.da.org.za, residents can check their voting details and locate their nearest voting station should they need to register.
Residents must take their ID document with them to register to vote, or to amend voting details. For further assistance you can visit www.da.org.za or send a WhatsApp to 084 000 2019.
Every single registration will translate into a vote in the race to rescue our democracy.
Where the DA already governs, we are bringing Total Change to the people of this country. This change does not just address corruption but has seen us create jobs, significantly reduce poverty, speed up and fair and equitable land distribution and deliver key services to our people.
Get registered, so that in 2019, you can vote for Total Change that will transform this country into the unified and prosperous nation that former President Nelson Mandela envisaged for all South Africans.
