The Democratic Alliance in the Northern Cape is saddened by the passing of struggle hero,

Ahmed Kathrada.

Hi commitment to freedom and justice will forever be remembered and his contributions to

society as a funding father will continue to pave the way for a better future for our beloved

country.

We send our sincere condolences to his loved ones and wish them peace and comfort in this

time of mourning.
